Job Description and Responsibilities:

• Greet and meet visitors;
• Required to take on operator role on a rotation basis and to handle all incoming calls;
• Co-ordinate meeting room arrangements;
• Responsible for upkeep of reception area;
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor; and
• Must be willing to work in both Central and Kwun Tong offices.

Requirements:

• Form Five or above;
• Two years of relevant experience in MNC or sizable organisations;
• A team player who is able to work under minimal supervision;
• Excellent communication skills and telephone manner;
• Hands-on computer knowledge;
• Fluent in spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin; and
• Shift duty required.
