Requirements:

• F.7 or above with formal secretarial training
• At least 3 years of experience providing secretarial support to senior level
• Sound interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent command in spoken and written Mandarin, English and Cantonese
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Power Point, etc
• Pro-active, mature, well-organized and an excellent team player
• Immediate availability is preferred
  

Job Duties:

• Manage travel and accommodation arrangements
• Provide secretarial and all round support to the department
• Organize calendar, daily appointments, meetings and schedule
• Provide accounting support such as data input and bookkeeping
• Closely liaise with internal and external parties to ensure smooth business operations
• Handle day to day office administrations
• Assist in other ad hoc projects as assigned
