Job Responsibilities:

• Participate into Greater China and Asian business related to IPOs and corporate finance transactions for Hong Kong listed companies.
• To be responsible for corporate finance execution in conjunction with Greater
• China coverage, manage client relationships, and ECM in Hong Kong and overseas.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Honours Degree with professional qualifications of Legal, Accountancy, MBA and / or CFA will be advantageous
• Sound knowledge of the Listing Rules
• Current holder of Responsible Officer & Principal licenses registered under   SFC (Type 6)
• An experienced Corporate Finance director with at least 5 years’ Hong Kong IPOs, corporate finance advisory and equity market transactions execution  experience
• Exposure in Hong Kong corporate finance transactions (IPOs, financial advisory, right issue or share offerings) gained with international and reputable investment banks
• Possess strong analytical, communication and writing skills, with a proven  track record in leading and executing successful Hong Kong IPO transactions in the past years
• A good team leader, tactful, excellent communication and presentation skills, able to work under pressure
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
