Responsibilities 

• Prepare Investment Project Proposal
• Prepare Project financial model
• Arrange site visit and attend project meeting
• Implement and follow up project execution
• Drive and understand business plans, growth strategies and work with teams to incorporate initiative impact into the budgets and forecasts
• Develop methodologies to improve forecast accuracy, identify cost drivers and trends to establish financial models.
• Analyze key performance indicator to measure business and operation performance
• Identify and implement ongoing process improvement and cost efficiencies for the organization
• Liaise with external parties such as vendors, auditors, bankers and investors

職責

• 負責準備各專案投資建議
• 負責準備各專案財務測算模型
• 安排專案現場視察及參加專案會議
• 執行及推進專案進程
• 促進及瞭解業務計畫，擴展策略及其限制，融入相關預算及預測模型中
• 建立財務模型，發展及使用有效方法改進各預測準確度，分析成本因素及其趨勢
• 分析主要執行指標以量度各項目的績效
• 分析及推動流程改進及企業的成本效益改進
• 維繫公司與供應商，審計師,銀行及投資者的聯繫

Requirements

• A degree holder of logistics, or property management, or accounting discipline, or equivalent
• At least 2-3 years' relevant experiences in project execution or financial modelling
• Self-motivation with strong analytical thinking and able to work independently as well as a good team player
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin
• Good command of Excel / Powerpoint for presentation purpose
• Periodical Travel to PRC is required
