Job Description:

• Responsible for daily settlement processing including deal matching, daily trade transactions and CCASS/DCASS operations
• Handle Nominees and Custodian Services activities include corporate action and entitlement distributions , ensure all instruction from clients are timely and efficiently executed;
• Perform SI / ISI instruction and daily settlement operations of equities, futures, options and other derivatives in Hong Kong, mutual funds and global markets ;
• Execute day-end procedures and handle daily / monthly stock / cash reconciliation;
• Risk management control of daily operational matter, resolve business problems and irregular items;
• Communicate with internal partners and external parties effectively;
• Participate in system development projects and related acceptance testing;
• Undertake ad-hoc assignments as assigned by superior.
  
  

Requirements:

• Form 7/Diploma/Degree holder in any disciplines while University qualification is preferred but not a must if the candidate has relevant working experiences;
• Minimum 3-4 years relevant experience in processing Securities and Futures settlement;
• Familiar with Ayers, CCASS, DCASS system operations;
• Cooperative, responsible, detail-minded, able to work under pressure with high level of integrity;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage;
• Willing to work on different schedules as required by the operation;
• Work on weekend and public holidays will be required if necessary.
