Job Responsibility:    

• To prepare cost planning, cost control, quantity re-measurement, variation claims.
• To analyze, advise and settle contractual matters.
• To handle contract administration work and negotiate with main-contractors, clients, subcontractors and suppliers.
• To evaluate completed works of projects and handle payment applications.
• To handle site inspections and surveys for preparation of variation claims.
• To deal, assess, negotiate with sub-contractors, main-contractors and clients of settlements, variations and final accounts.
• To prepare and maintain proper documents and records of site progress for project.
• The above duties are not exhaustive. You may be required to perform any other duties as assigned by your immediate Supervisor and the Management.
• The Company may from time to time consider duties which may fall within the general ambit of the title of your appointment, and in its discretion require you to take any appointment or duties it considers appropriate to your abilities, which may include relocation to different site or place.

Job Requirement:

• Degree / Higher Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Building Studies or equivalent is preferable.
• Minimum 3 years solid experience in building construction field.
• Experience in façade curtain wall is an advantage.
• High ability and quality to manage curtain wall project to suit works programme, cost & budgetary control, contract administration.
• Proficiency in PC operations, e.g. excel, word, outlook, project.
• Fluency in both spoken and written Chinese and English; Good spoken of Putonghua.
• Good team leader with strong analytical mind and able to tackle problems in a positive way.
• Well-organized, self-motivated, initiative, independent, responsible and able to work under pressure.
