The successful candidate should be:

• Passionate about customer service and able to deliver beyond expectations
• Friendly and enthusiastic with an interest in drama and children
• Effective at managing their time and enjoy working on several projects at once
• Organised and ordered in their approach to tasks with high attention to detail
• Solution minded and effective in working with a team

Requirements:

• At least 2 years previous experience in a customer-facing role is a must
• Excellent spoken and written English and spoken Cantonese is essential
• Experience with Microsoft Office (word, excel, outlook) is essential
• Additional experience with databases, registration and/or design software, all highly beneficial
• Previous teaching experience or familiarity with drama and theatre field is an advantage

Job duties include:

• Delivering a high standard of customer care, assisting and advising parents about our many wonderful programmes and theatre shows
• Processing registrations for our after school, holiday and specialised programmes
• Leading and assisting in marketing matters for programme launches and theatre shows
• Administrating office matters and managing information in an efficient manner
• Working on various project based initiatives including touring theatre, theatre visits, ticketing and more
