Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall automation and control system design, specification, programming, simulation and testing are running smoothly
• Lead process improvements by machine automation, parameter optimizing
• Formulate and implement strategic automation engineering solutions to enhance cost effectiveness and profitability of the factory
• Instill new technological practices and methodologies into the production

 Requirements:

• Degree holder with Mechanical Engineering / Industrial Engineering or related discipline
• Over 8 years experience in manufacturing field, experience in automation engineering, lean manufacturing
• Strong analytical thinking and problem solving capability
• Fluent in spoken and written English, good in communication skills
