Job Responsibilities:

• Resolve enquiries and complaints from customers
• Conduct quality investigation and root cause analysis, 8D report writing skill
• Work with internal parties to tackle/fulfill customers enquiries and complaints with no impact on the manufacturing/scrap cost
• Incorporate customers’ requirements and actual process capabilities to establish the Self Inspection procedure and outgoing workmanship standard/ visual inspection criteria
• Promote continuous quality improvement internally to meet the increasing customers requirements and for being one of the best suppliers
• Propose improvement on internal in process to customers continuously and try to get their official approval on the proposals
• Work with customer continuously to understand the company products’ performance at their sites and take immediate action with internal department to counteract problems arisen

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical/Electronic/Industrial Engineering
• Minimum 5 years working experience in Quality management, with at least 2 years in Quality Engineering level, experience in electronics manufacturing a definite advantage
• Experience in quality system and environmental management (ISO9000/14000)
• Familiar with production process
• Good computer skills (MS office, Minitab is a must)
• Excellent communication skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
• Less experienced candidate will be considered as Customer Quality Engineer
