主要職責
- 協助行政總廚監督餅房的日常運作;
- 負責糕餅製作，指揮及監督烘焙工作，確保出品品質及速度;
- 根據市場制定/配合促銷計畫及設計糕餅;
- 控管食品及工場環境符合衛生標準;
- 監控食品品質及環境衛生;
- 訂購烘焙材料及其他物資;
- 控制採購食材成本及數量;
- 提供適當培訓。
入職要求
- 具10年或以上糕餅製作工作經驗，其中3年或以上管理經驗;
- 良好溝通及管理能力;
- 工作態度積極及有責任心;
- 良好廣東話，須懂讀寫中文及基本英文;
- 即時上班者優先考慮;
- 工作地點: 柴灣。
