Job Responsibilities:

• Supporting, dealing and handling IP cases, prosecution of trademark and/or patent and renewals
• Handling and preparing relevant papers, document, correspondence for trademark and/or patent applications
• Attending to IP exhibitions and forum
• Conducting searches with regard to IP rights and related issues
• Monitoring and maintaining the progress of the pending applications
• Liaising and dealing with people including clients, officials, agents, associates in Hong Kong and elsewhere
• Provide support on various other matters, including copyrights, registered designs, and other incidental works/duties

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder, major in Legal aspect preferred
• At least 1 years of relevant experience in trademark / intellectual property
• Proficient PC skills in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat)
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with proficiency in English, Putonghua, and Cantonese
• Immediate available is preferred
