Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist in handling full spectrum of company secretarial duties for statutory compliance for the Group
- Assist in the preparation and co-ordination of annual reports, announcements, circulars and correspondences with Stock Exchange
- Liaise with government authorities and professional firms in connection with legal, statutory compliance and company secretarial issues
- Handle ad-hoc company secretarial duties as assigned
Requirements
- Finalist or associate member of ICSA/HKICS
- Degree in Business Administration or related disciplines
- 3 years relevant experience in corporate secretarial fieldGood interpersonal skill, proactive, independent, detailed-minded and able to work under pressure
- Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
- Good interpersonal skill, proactive, independent, detailed-minded and able to work under pressure
- Applicants with less experience will be considered as Assistant Officer, Company Secretary
