Responsibilities

• Plan, mobilize, direct and manage multiple IT projects under the program to effectively deliver into the business.
• Working in collaboration with the vendors and the business line manager and, lead and track the end to end delivery of IT projects and workstreams.
• Ensure compliance with external regulatory requirements, internal control standards and compliance policies during the course of project execut6ion.
• Maintain effective communication and reporting among various global stakeholders, IT teams and Line Managers.
• English program governance and support for the IT workstreams and regional IT functions in ensuring that core development and regional deployment are operating efficiently.
• Actively manage risks, dependencies and exceptions in the Program of individual projects, and ensure that risks and issues are appropriately handled through direct management or escalation.
• Adopt an open, transparent and flexible approach in working with various business and IT teams globally.
• Understand the strategy and direction of business and IT management in the Program. Channel updates regularly and consistently to the IT Director.
  
  
  

• Post Graduate degree, with relevance to IT preferred
• Strong track record in IT project management and delivery, ideally with project management professional accreditation
• Experience in Real Estate services industry preferred
• Ability to operate in a virtual and matrix structure and good experience working with diverse and global teams
• Structured, analytical and good attention to detailsA self-starter with plenty of drive and ambition
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and experience in working with senior management
• Strong stakeholder management skills and experience in operating with senior management
• Ability to think laterally, innovatively and find creative solutions with a proactive approach to problem solving
• Aspiring and setting high standards for oneself and others
• Knowledge of payments and cash management products and operations will be an advantage
• An experience with Qube Horizon or Aspasia will be a definitive plus
• A good eye for detail and strong organizational skills
• Good commercial acumen and analytical skills
• Able to work calmly under pressure and within a dynamic team
• Strong work ethic and able to work with integrity
• Fluent spoken and written English (additional languages are an advantage)
