Responsibilities:

• Responsible for administration of Linux/Windows servers, storage, VM, network equipment, VPN, backup systems.
• Provide support and advice to other team members
• Liaise with contractors/vendors on technical matters
• IT inventory control
• Handle enquiry from internal customers
• To assist IT projects implementation

Requirements:

• High Diploma / Degree holder in Computer Science or related disciplines
• 3 years related experience in Technical Support, system administration
• Have sound technical knowledge on Windows and Unix/Linux platforms, Oracle database, and IT securities is an advantage;
• With experience in project management, vendor management and system implementation 
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills are essential;
• Self-motivated and a team player with drive and initiative
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluent in Putonghua is an advantage
• Can work under pressure, punctual, and Good interpersonal and communication skills
