Responsibilities: The job holder will assist the Sales, Leasing & Facility Management team to carry out facility management duties and monitoring the performance of external property management agents and contractors so that all property management and maintenance activities are handled timely and to the Authority’s requirements .

Requirements: The suitable candidate should be degree holder in Building Surveying / Project Management/ Building Services or related engineering disciplines. Minimum 4 years working experience in developer / consultancy firm / property management company including maintenance, large scale renovation works, A&A works and fitting-out projects. Familiar with building regulations, vetting working drawings, contract documentation and project management.
