Job Description:

• Plan the departmental goals and formulate strategies to support the company’s business plans;
• Manage overall warehouse operations to ensure effective and efficient flow of inventory and distribution activities;
• Responsible in maintaining inventory accuracy, manage to conduct regular stock tack and internal audit;
• Plan and prepare reports for the management to review the performance of warehouse operations;
• Maintain and control the safety, hygiene, and security standards of the warehouse;
• Plan and manage the resources includes equipments, manpower and floor space to optimize the utilization
• Develop and execute continuous improvement initiatives to improve the efficiency, inventory accuracy and effectiveness of the warehouse operations;
• Co-ordinate with production to meet the production and delivery requirement;
• Provide trainings to staff to enhance quality of work;
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related discipline;
• Min. 8 years of relevant solid experience in managing mid to large scale warehouse in manufacturing company, with at least 5 years in managerial level;
• Strong communications skills to both internal and external parties;
• Result-oriented, independent, and teamwork;
• Proficiency in Microsoft office and ERP / MRP;
• Basic command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin;
• Stationed in Dongguan
