​Responsibilities: -

• Develop brand and marketing strategy for enhancing brand awareness to achieve the budgeted sales, and increase market share;
• Coordinate with internal and external parties to deliver excellent marketing and brand building programmes
• Explore and analyze business potential and extend new services to increase market share and business sales
• Develop marketing communication, product training collaterals for the assigned brands
• Assist in product development projects
• Monitor the financial performance of the assigned brands including budget planning, sales forecast, product pricing & distribution strategies to achieve optimal results.

• Formulate  and execute the sales strategy for business of Facilities Services;
• Perform market research to collect and consolidate the market information of the facility management industry;
• Develop, plan, drive and execute marketing campaign to acquire new customers and retain existing customer as to achieve target sales
• Manage all marketing campaign result and the overall business operation to achieve company goals
• Lead the team to pitch potential contracts and to manage business development activities of business of Facilities Services;
• Monitor performance of projects and liaise with clients to maintain good relationship and customer services satisfaction;
• Account for the financial performance of the business including budget planning, sales forecast and sales analysis, product pricing & distribution strategies to achieve optimal results.

• University graduate in Business/Brand Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of business development working experience and has worked in the facility  service management industry;
• Experience in CRM and on-line media platforms is a definitely advantage
• A strategic thinker with strong business acumen, analytical and numerical skills
• Dynamic, resourceful, creative and multi-tasked with sound planning skill
• Result-oriented and highly self-motivated
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese 

• Immediately available is highly preferred.
