The Marketing Manager is an important role in our team with a mandate to provide strategic and marketing leadership to the business during an exciting time of growth.  The role will be responsible for all aspects of the Marketing function for the business. We are looking for a creative, fun, aggressive and internationally minded individual that embraces the worlds of online and offline whilst appreciating the brand vision and echoing it globally.

What you are going to be doing:

• Help market and build the PAPINEE brand globally through various channels, initiatives and activities ranging from celebrity product placement, PR, events, micro endeavors, major brand partnerships and strategic alliances.

Responsibilities:

• Initiate and execute marketing communications and corporate marketing campaigns according to company objectives and principal’s guidelines
• Think creatively and out of the box related to online & offline development
• Work closely with sales and brand departments to ensure market excitement and results
• Develop comprehensive ATL & BTL activities to enhance market positioning and brand awareness, including PR and events, joint promotions with business partners and social media programs on a global level
• Close collaboration with retail operations to monitor sales and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs
• Build a marketing team: in-house and agencies
• Initiate, build and maintain good relationships with clients and partners
• Report directly to CEO who is a seasoned veteran in the marketing field

Qualifications & Experience:

•          Degree holder
•          At least 5 years experience in relevant markets. Less experienced will be considered based on resume
•          Experience and network in the lifestyle & luxury sector is an asset
•          A team player, self-motivated and results driven
•          Detail oriented, organized and proactive
•          Fun, friendly and outgoing personality
•          Hard worker and dedicated
•          Excellent command of spoken and written English
•          Chinese language skills is an asset
•          Immediate availability preferred
