Responsibilities: 

• Reporting to the Chairman/Director
• Manage cash flow and cash planning
• Ensure the accuracy, timeliness and effectiveness of the management information system
• Prepare group consolidation account and enhance existing reporting systems within the group
• Establish and maintain strong relationship with all external parties including bankers and other stakeholders
• Provide business advice and support to the board for business planning, expansion, strategic decision, budget forecasting and allocation, taxation, corporate governance etc.
• Liaise with auditors for annual audit and handle company accounting daily matters from time to time
• Involvement in other ad-hoc assignment and projects

Requirements: 

• Qualified accountant with bachelor degree in finance or related discipline
• A minimum of 8 to 10 years experience in Finance/Accounting and at least 5 years in supervisory role, preferably in trading solution and service business.
• Familiar with SAP/ERP system implementation and proficient in MS Office
• Excellent interpersonal skills and fluent in both English and Mandarin are essential
• Familiar with H.K. and PRC accounting standards and tax rules.
• Knowledge in extensive experience of operating in HK and China.
• Experienced in auditing will be an advantage
• Knowledge in company secretarial matter preferred
• Strong problem solving skill with pro-active attitude
• Strong devotion and adaptability, high tolerance on occasional overtime and travelling to China
