Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to handle general HR jobs such as payroll calculation, MPF, employer’s return, staffs data records, recruitments, company events & etc
  • Checking and processing payments for staff claims
  • Liaise with internal and external parties for daily HR operation & administration.
  • Responsible for general office administrative work including handling phone calls, incoming/outgoing mail, couriers, faxes, greeting/serving clients.
  • Monitor and follow up regular replenishment of office supplies and office maintenance services
  • Manage and source suppliers in all office administration supports, including office utilities, property management, printing service and courier service etc.
  • Handle and keep tracking on office stuffs such as fixed assets, stationery & etc
  • General office work such as filing, scanning, photocopying etc.
  • Supervise office assistant and assist in coordinating her daily schedule.
  • Assist to review and formulate administrative policy and procedure
  • Assist in other ad hoc assignments


Job Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above
  • At least 4 years relevant working experience in HR & Office Administration areas
  • Knowledgeable in HK Employment Ordinance & relevant regulations would be an advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Office especially on Excel, Word and Chinese typing
  • Good command in both spoken and written English & Chinese (including Putonghua)
  • Matured, well organized, attentive to details and accuracy, able to work under pressure and independently
  • Self-motivated, strong sense of responsibilities and willing to learn
  • Cheerful personality with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Immediate available
