Responsibilities

• Perform retail management & ensure operation efficiency of frontline sales teams
• Motivate frontline sales teams for sales potential maximization & continuous development
• Real-time report on sales situation & provide in-depth analysis on operation efficiency
• Markets merchandise by studying advertising, sales promotion, and display plans
• Maintains store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
• Manage a front-line sales team to expedite sales and ensure service level 

Requirements

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in retail sales & operation experience
• Prior experience in a FMCG/Beauty/Fashion industry preferred
• Proactive, independent and attentive to details
• Strong communication skills
• Proficiency in Cantonese and English is a MUST, Mandarin is an advantage
• Immediately available is highly preferable
