Responsibilities:
 

• Perform full accounting functions for the business, including assist in preparation and analysis of monthly financial and management reports
• Responsible for maintaining the General Ledger, analysis of expense accounts and balance sheet accounts.  Recommend input on required accruals and adjustments
• Perform financial analysis of the business, cost controls, expenditure
• Work on the preparation of the monthly and quarterly financial reporting package
• Review and analyze monthly result to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial statements
• Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts and annual business plan
• Review input of accounts payable and payroll prior to entry into the financial systems
• Perform monthly expense and balance sheet account reconciliation and analysis
• Identify and take required action on overdue accounts, and track the progress of receivables
• Coordinate and/or work on special projects as assigned by Financial Controller and Management
• Prepare documentation for internal and external audit and pre-qualification purposes 

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting and ACCA finalist or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years accounting work experience in handling full sets of accounts, financial statements and reports
• Proficiency in MS Office, advanced skills in excel is an advantage
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Experience with accounting software (NAV / Hyperion) would be an advantage
• Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-organized, responsible, demonstrate a high level of integrity
