The successful incumbent will be responsible for :

- Verify and process vendor invoices, issue sales order to customers daily

- Liaise with customers, perform customers statement reconciliation

- Perform monthly cash inflow forecast and report on cash variances

- Assist with month end closing and financial reports

- Maintain proper filing system

- General accounting and administration works

- Other ad hoc duties as deemed necessary

Requirements :

- Accounting or Finance Diploma or above, LCCI Level 3

- 1-2 years accounting experience in a sizable company with trading background

- Good PC Skill, proficient in Excel is a Must.

- Fluent spoken English and Mandarin. Excellent written English

- Well-organized, Self-motivated, detail-oriented, proactive, independent, responsible and able to work efficiently

- Strong communication and interpersonal skill

- Immediate available ONLY
