Responsibilities:

1)      Responsible for all accounts functions, including performing accurate and prompt processing all accounts transactions, as well as ensuring all data are entered correctly and appropriately into the accounting system

2)      Coordinate with staff within and outside the department to ensure smooth payment process and handle payable enquiries

3)      Contact customers via email/phone for outstanding invoices

4)      Support the month end closing process and prepare reporting package

5)      Assist in any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirement:

1)      Diploma or above in accountancy or related discipline

2)      At least 3 years working experience in handle full set of accounts independently

3)      Proficiency in MS Office applications, Knowledge in Flex system is an advantage 

4)      Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese

5)      Detail minded, analytical, independent and possess good communication skills

6)      Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
