Job Responsibility:

• Handle full set of I/E shipping documents and negotiate documents with banks on time;
• Liaise with internal and external parties for smooth shipment arrangement;
• Prepare sales invoices & related shipping documents via the computerized trading system;
• Follow up with overseas offices, local/foreign shipping lines and forwarders for shipping documents handling;
• Administer various banking documents, such as Bank Guarantees, L/C, D/P and other banking documents declarations related to the requirements in the sales and purchase contracts;
• Coordinate with customers for payment collection and with suppliers for payment settlement;
• Maintain accurate transactions into database;
• Perform any ad-hoc tasks and duties related to operations as assigned by the Department Head.
  
  
  

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years solid experience in handling full set I/E shipping documents and L/C banking documents;
• Well-versed with UCP600 rules and INCOTERMS is an advantage;
• Attentive to details, mature, independent, able to meet tight deadlines, good team player and has problem solving skills;
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Mandarin; and
• Experience in trading business is a must and preferred in commodities trading.
