Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and implementing marketing and promotional campaigns
- Provide administrative support to Marketing Department in related to marketing projects, including but not limited to marketing materials preparation and data analysis
- Handle customer enquiries, maintain customer database and coordinate customer loyalty programs
Requirements- HKDSE or above
- 1-2 years relevant experience, preferably gained in retail or F&B industry
- Good command of spoken and written English, Putonghua and Cantonese
- A self-starter and good team player, detail-minded, able to work under pressure and multi-task
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
- Immediately available is highly preferred.
