Responsibilities

• Responsible for the entire process of recruitment and selection
• Work closely with the department manager to review, design and develop different kinds of recruitment strategies and assess the hiring efficiency regularly
• Prepare various reports and analysis for management review
• Assist in other ad hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• 5 years hands on working experience in all round staff resourcing and employee relations function, in which 2 years should be in supervisory level, preferably in sizeable company
• Well-versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and MPF regulations
• Well organized, strong communication and negotiation skills
• IMMEDIATE AVAILABLE is preferable
