Job Responsibilities:
- Provide seamless customer service to our members
- Handle customer enquiries including inbound and outbound calls, and e-mail communications professionally and resolve any service issues in a timely manner
- Support administrative & coordination work as well as assigned projects
- Coordinate with internal parties and ensure efficient inventory management, replenishment and delivery arrangements
- Assist in preparing various sales and management reports
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or above with at least 1-2 years of working experience in administrative / customer service field
- Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Pleasant personality & patient attitude, good telephone manner together with excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a MUST
- Responsible, well-organized, self-initiated, well-groomed, customer services oriented and able to prioritize
- Proactive, pleasant and a good team player
Mon- Fri 9:00am – 6:00 pm / 10:00am - 7:00pm
