Job Responsibilities:

• To lead and manage Human resources team;
• To align human resources strategy with business strategy of the Company
• To facilitate communication between management and employees and help resolving work-related problems
• To formulate training assessment development to identify employee training needs for all functions
• To engage in ad hoc HR projects and provide related HR reports
• To take charge the full set of Recruitment management and Payroll system
• To work with other departments to ensure operations efficiency and to meet changing business demands

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources or equivalent discipline
• Familiar with recruitment, staff compensation & benefits & performance appraisal
• Well-versed in Hong Kong Labour Ordinance & MPF regulations
• Minimum 5 years HR experience, with experience in logistics industry is an advantage
• Good team player with excellent communication skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese
