Responsibilities:
- Provide secretarial service and support
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, events and business appointments
- Answer incoming calls and general enquiries
- Handle incoming email, faxes and post
- Prepare and update presentations and documents
- Handle ad-doc duties as required
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year working experience in secretarial / administrative support
- Independent, detailed-oriented, efficient and be able to handle multiple tasks
- Mature and smart with strong sense of responsibility
- Good command of PC knowledge
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
