Responsibilities:

Customer Service and counter duties

To handle accounts opening

Process In/Out Electronic clearing and TT remittance

Answering customer enquiries on accounts matters

Ensure operational activities and compliance with regulatory requirement
Requirements:
- F. 5 graduate or above
- with 1-2 years' relevant experience in the banking industry
- Most prefer with fund transfer and checks experience
- Hands on experience in MS Words & Excel
- Exposure in computerised banking facilities.
- Good team player and willing to learn
- Good English, telephone manner and communication skills
- Immediate available
