Job Description

Responsibilities

Carry out routine maintenance, repairing, monitor and ensure all schools systems are operating as per the schools requirements and manufacturers specifications.

• To monitor the usage of consumables and maintain school inventory level and update records
• To supervise cleaning and security staff or service providers
• To carry out minor repairs and maintenance on all school systems, including minor joinery, E&M and builder’s works

Requirements

• 2 years relevant experience.
• Holder of registered Electrical Worker (Grade A) – preferred
• Fluency in Cantonese or Mandarin is helpful. Knowledge of English would be an advantage.

星期一至五：上午8時至下午4時半
