• Higher Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Building Engineering / Construction Engineering and Management/ Building Services/ Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering or equivalent discipline;
• 4 - 10 years' practical experience;
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Building Services Engineer
