Responsibilities:

• Handle customers’ enquiries regarding orders processing, invoicing, quotation and delivery arrangement
• Communicate closely with internal departments for orders arrangement
• Respond to customers’ complaints and take appropriate follow up

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above
• At least 4 years relevant experience
• Experience gained from multi-national environment of marine or engineering or related industry is preferable but not a must
• Solid experience in order processing and service delivery arrangement
• Good command of both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Good in MS Office; knowledge of ERP system is a plus
• Good Communication and interpersonal skill
