Reporting to the Executive Officer, the appointee will be required to:

• answer internal and external phone calls and operate switchboard;
• perform in-house and outdoor courier services;
• assist in the coordination of facilities booking, equipment setup and beverage service of meetings;
• perform packing, labelling and clerical duties; and
• perform ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above, diploma will be an advantage
• At least one year of relevant working experience in a multinational or sizable public organization
• Good telephone manner and knowledge of computer applications, including internet, email and MS Office
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
• Independent, responsible and can be a good team player with proactive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills
