You are entrusted with business partnering responsibilities supporting the regional HQ in Hong Kong, South Asia, South East Asia and the Pacific region. You are responsible for the end to end employee life cycle, such as, talent acquisition, onboardng, performance management, compensation and benefits, talent management and employee engagement. An integral member of regional workforce, you will collaborate with the regional counterparts to ensure an effective and an efficient service delivery.

Degree qualified, the successful candidate possesses 8 to 10 years of generalist experience in a client facing capacity. A strategic mind, you are operationally responsive and work well in a fast paced environment. You engage effectively with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
