Requirements:
- Matriculated in education or above with Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel and Catering or related discipline;
- Minimum 10 years of restaurant experience of which 5 years’ experience in the managerial level gained in fine dining
- Pleasant personality, good leadership, independent, problem solver as well as a team work player
- Excellent communication skills and customer service-oriented
- Mature, self-motivated, punctual and hard working. Sometimes need to work over-time and on public holidays
- Good knowledge in Microsoft application (i.e. Word, Excel & Powerpoint)
- Proficient in both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Short notice or immediate available is highly preferable
Responsibilities:
- Work with the restaurant team and internal teams to launch events
- Set up and review the operations for continuous food and service process improvement
- Hands-on experience to manage the operation of the restaurant including training and recruitment of staff
- Identify and analyze the problems encountered in the restaurants and provide advice/solutions and recommendation to top management
