Requirements:

• Matriculated in education or above with Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel and Catering or related discipline;
• Minimum 10 years of restaurant experience of which 5 years’ experience in the managerial level gained in fine dining
• Pleasant personality, good leadership, independent, problem solver as well as a team work player
• Excellent communication skills and customer service-oriented
• Mature, self-motivated, punctual and hard working.       Sometimes need to work over-time and on public holidays
• Good knowledge in Microsoft application (i.e. Word, Excel & Powerpoint)
• Proficient in both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Short notice or immediate available is highly preferable
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Work with the restaurant team and internal teams to launch events
• Set up and review the operations for continuous food and service process improvement
• Hands-on experience to manage the operation of the restaurant including training and recruitment of staff
• Identify and analyze the problems encountered in the restaurants and provide advice/solutions and recommendation to top management
