Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing/public relations/hospitality management/Food & Beverage/communications
• Minimum 5 years experience in banquet management or in similar position in luxury restaurant with 5 stars hotels or Michelin style restaurant a plus      
• Excellent communication skills with strong leadership and a team player
• Proactive, multi-tasking, well-organized and willing to work with tight deadlines
• Should be punctual and hard working
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Proficiency in written and spoken English, Chinese & Mandarin
• More experience & qualifications will be considered for the position of Banquet Manager
• Short notice or immediate availability is preferable
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop and managemarketing events for clients
• Work closely with internal PR & Marketing team, Research & Creation team and Design team on executing marketing and promotional material in restaurant
• Responsible for venue set up and logistics as well as on-site support
• Sometimes requires to work overtime and on public holidays
