Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing/public relations/hospitality management/Food & Beverage/communications
- Minimum 5 years experience in banquet management or in similar position in luxury restaurant with 5 stars hotels or Michelin style restaurant a plus
- Excellent communication skills with strong leadership and a team player
- Proactive, multi-tasking, well-organized and willing to work with tight deadlines
- Should be punctual and hard working
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Proficiency in written and spoken English, Chinese & Mandarin
- More experience & qualifications will be considered for the position of Banquet Manager
- Short notice or immediate availability is preferable
Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop and managemarketing events for clients
- Work closely with internal PR & Marketing team, Research & Creation team and Design team on executing marketing and promotional material in restaurant
- Responsible for venue set up and logistics as well as on-site support
- Sometimes requires to work overtime and on public holidays
