  • Receptionist duties such as handling incoming calls, greeting guests and ordering of office stationeries
  • Messenger services, post office mailing, cleaning meeting room and reception area
  • Document filings, correspondences dispatch, re-direction of mails and typist duties
  • Cheque issue and simple bookkeeping, data entries
  • Simple IT support


Requirements

  • Form 5 or above with formal secretarial training preferred
  • Minimum 2 years’ office work experience 
  • Knowledge of accounting software
  • Hardworking, willing to learn and with strong sense of responsibility
  • Presentable, courteous with outstanding telephone manner
