Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handling all travel and accommodation agendas
- Marketing some start-up companies
- Coordinating internal and external meetings
- Assist in implementing camaigns and activities
- Preparing presentation material, agendas and memos
- Filing and maintenance of files
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal skills with internal & external parties
- Highly organized & attentive to details
- Mature, self-motivated, proactive and work independent
- Proficiency in using PC and general software in an office environment
- Knowledge and skills of website content management and maintenance is an advantage
- Opinionated with a variety of interests and hobbies
- Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English
