Job Duties: 

• Perform system maintenance including backup, software/ hardware installation and configuration
• Coordinate and implement system, network maintenance and security measures
• Handle system administration including email, LAN/WAN, firewall, switch and access point
• Provide IT support services to internal users
• Assist in procurement, installation and maintenance of the hardware and software.
• Assist in company websites, ERP, EDI and HR system’s maintenance
• Maintain hardware and software inventory

Requirement:

• Degree/Diploma holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years experience in PC and Network support, Internet, broadband and LAN support
• Experienced in handling end user inquires and case follow-up
• Knowledge in Linux, MySQL, Networking and Windows operating system
• PHP, .Net, CSS, HTML, JSON, Javascript, Jquery, AWS and Vmware is a plus
• Ability to work independently and self-motivated
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
