Duties:

• Provide onsite installation, maintenance and repair work in medical equipment
• Assist in trouble shooting and fixing problem in machines
• To work closely with services team on all services related matters
• Responsible for computer hardware and software installation and maintenance and technical support.
• Responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all repair orders
  
  
  

Requirements:

• TI or IVE graduated preferred or equivalent combination of education.
• 2-5 years related experience in medical technical service plus 2 years of experience at the managerial level.
• Advanced technological and/or clinical experience with medical devices
• A registered electrical worker is preferred
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software is preferred
• Basic knowledge of MS-DOS command is preferred
• Able to work independently and with good interpersonal skills, with the ability to present recommendations and ideas and to summarize issues.
• Good command of written & spoken in English, Chinese, & Mandarin
• Candidates with less experience to be applied for Assistant Services Supervisor.
