Job Description

Perform general receptionist duties such as handling incoming calls, greeting guests etc

Provide administrative and clerical support including document filings, correspondences dispatching, handling re-direction of mails, typist duties and ordering of stationeries etc.

Provide support for messenger, organizing local and international courier services
-
Inputting of accounting data and bookkeeping task for client companies
Requirements
- Form 6 or above with formal secretarial training preferred
- Working experience preferred
- Knowledge of accounting software
- Hardworking, willing to learn and with strong sense of responsibility
- Presentable, courteous with outstanding telephone manner
