Responsibilities:
A. Assist in accounts payable work.
B. Perform daily cashflow, billing & prepare vouchers.
C. Prepare monthly bank reconciliation.
D. Perform departmental administration.
E. Ad-hoc duties as required.Requirements:
- Form 5 or above, LCC intermediate or above
- Min. 2 years relevant experience in trading industry.
- Independence, mature and hard working
- Good in spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin is a MUST)
- Well-versed in MS Office applications and MYOB A/C software
- IT knowledge is a must
- Immediately available is an advantage
