Our client is an award-winning US Retail brand with its presence in over 90 countries. They are currently inviting for a proactive Financial Analyst to join their Regional FP&A team.

Responsibilities

• Work across markets and functions to pull together key financial data for management’s review and action
• Communicate and implement financial policy and guidelines to local country finance teams
• Prepare annual OGSP & Budget, monthly forecast and business review reporting with insight-focused financial analysis
• Track actuals, control performance vs budget, provide consolidated reporting and support relevant functions
• Foster close communication with Group to communicate timelines, milestones and templates for Actuals & Forecast Reporting
• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis support for the management across the region
• Enhance and streamline existing reports for more insightful information and efficiency gain

Requirements

• University degree in Finance / Accounting
• Qualified Accountant
• At least 3-5 years working experience on financial planning & analysis, accounting role in MNC
• Candidates with strong Excel and PowerPoint skill
• Hands-on in preparing financial analysis and reports, Regional exposure
• Proactive, detailed-mind with excellent analytical and communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to distil a complex problem down to simple issues and address them with independent fact-based analysis
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
• Previous experience in BIG 4 is preferable
