Responsibilities:

• Handle full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, performance management system, staff relation, training & development, etc.
• Assist in reviewing and formulating HR policies and procedures
• Prepare variety of HR reports & analysis
• Participate in the development & implementation of HR system
• Assist in ad hoc projects

Requirements:

• Degree holder in HRM or equivalent
• At least 5 years working experience in human resources field, supervisory experience is preferred
• Well-versed in HR Employment Ordinance
• Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese and English
• Dedicated, analytical, well-organized with good and positive working attitude
• Proficiency in PC knowledge including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Immediate available is highly preferred
