Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overall factory and general office Administration and housekeeping management;
• Lead the Administration team to manage canteen, dormitory, office and all factory areas in alignment with company Housekeeping and 6S standards;
• Review and recommend policies and operational procedures to meet with the Company's development needs and to ensure compliance of Environmental , Health & Safety regulations;
• Handle ad hoc projects as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines
• At least 15 years solid Administration experience in PRC, with minimum 5 years at supervisory level, preferably in manufacturing industry
• Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
• Required to station in Shenzhen
