The ICTI CARE Foundation Asia Ltd. is recruiting an Executive Assistant/Officer with ability to multi-task and prioritize to join our dynamic and fast growing Asia operations team. This position will be based in Hong Kong at our office in Tsim Sha Tsui.

Job Responsibilities

The candidate is responsible for supporting the Manager of Executive & Finance to:

1. Handle factory applications and coordinate with outsourced parties (audit firms) for auditing process and related arrangement;
2. Input/Update internal database system;
3. Provide administrative support to both Hong Kong and Shenzhen offices;
4. Provide secretarial support to the Manager;
5. Assist in phone coverage with pleasant and professional manner;
6. Perform other ad-hoc administrative work and projects when required;
   
   
   

Qualifications/Requirements

1. Diploma or Degree holder, with 1-2 years relevant experience preferred;
2. Proficient PC knowledge in Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint;
3. Strong organization skill and attention to detail with excellent quality and accuracy;
4. Ability to perform multi-tasks to meet tight schedule
5. Team-player with great communication skills
6. High proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin and English and Cantonese.
   
7. Good Putonghua is a must.
