We’re looking for a ‘switched-on’ Executive Assistant to the COO to take responsibility for delivering a high level of administrative and operational support as well as provide ad hoc support to members of the operations leadership team, as and when necessary.  You will be that key person who’ll represent the communications link between the Head Office and our Hotel operations.

Of course we expect you would have relevant experience but more importantly reliability is the name of the game, you’ll be indispensable to our COO.   Just as importantly, we are looking for a “go-getter” with bags of energy, exceedingly well organised, highly flexible, enjoy challenges and have people skills that can thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.  It's an exciting role, no day is the same!
