Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist in full spectrum of HR functions such as compensation & benefits, training & development
- Maintain HR system
- Prepare employment contract, new joiners’ on-boarding logistics
- Assist to prepare regular reports
- Provide administrative support to the department
- Support ad-hoc projects as assigned
Job Requirements
- F.5 or Diploma holder in Human Resources Management
- Min. 2 years relevant working experience
- Have knowledge with Hong Kong Employment ordinance and MPF legislation
- Familiar with MS Office
- Good in Chinese Word Processing
- Work well with figures, and with high level of accuracy
- Immediate availability is preferred
