Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in full spectrum of HR functions such as compensation & benefits, training & development
  • Maintain HR system
  • Prepare employment contract, new joiners’ on-boarding logistics
  • Assist to prepare regular reports
  • Provide administrative support to the department
  • Support ad-hoc projects as assigned

 

Job Requirements

  • F.5 or Diploma holder in Human Resources Management
  • Min. 2 years relevant working experience
  • Have knowledge with Hong Kong Employment ordinance and MPF legislation
  • Familiar with MS Office
  • Good in Chinese Word Processing
  • Work well with figures, and with high level of accuracy
  • Immediate availability is preferred
